Can I return my delivered sofa?
It is possible within our concept to register your sofa for return within 30 days after delivery. To register a return, please email info@bysidde.com, stating your order ID.
For a return we charge €99 transport costs.
After the sofa has been returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount of the sofa, without the paid delivery costs, over the original payment method.
Can I exchange my sofa?
Yes, it is possible to request an exchange within 30 days after delivery of your sofa. You can send an e-mail stating your order ID to info@bysidde.com. Please also state which sofa (name, variant and colour) you would like to receive. There is no need to place a new order.
We will settle any difference in purchase price. If the new sofa to be received has a higher sales value, we will send a payment request by e-mail for the difference to be paid.
Should the new sofa have a lower retail price, we will refund the difference via the original payment method after exchange.
For a first exchange or return we only charge the delivery costs of €99. In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange or return the second sofa within the 30-day period, we will charge an additional €250.
How can I return a hocker or headrest?
If you only wish to return your hocker or headrest, you can send us an e-mail within 30 days of delivery to register the return. You can send the e-mail to info@bysidde.com stating the order ID of your order. Items should be returned well-packaged, preferably in the original packaging. After the article has been returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
Return hocker:
To return a hocker, we can schedule a collection appointment with GLS. This collection can only be scheduled on working days. This is scheduled by GLS in the ongoing routes and no time indication can be given. When registering your return, please indicate which working days are convenient for this.
Return headrest:
To return a headrest, we can schedule a pick-up appointment with GLS or send a return label to deliver the package yourself at a GLS point near you. A pick-up can only be scheduled on working days. This is scheduled by GLS in the running routes and no time indication can be given. When registering your return, please indicate which working days are convenient for this. We will have a GLS return label sent to you by e-mail. You can stick this label on the parcel and hand it in at a GLS parcel point.
Can I return ordered rugs, cushions and coffee tables?
If you would like to return your accessory item, you can send us an e-mail to notify the return within 30 days of its delivery. You can send the e-mail to info@bysidde.com stating the order ID of your order. An accessory item must be returned unused and well-packaged, preferably in the original packaging. After the item is returned to us, we will assess it and refund the purchase price minus any depreciation via the original payment method. To return the item, we can either send you a GLS return label or schedule a Pick-up via GLS.
For returns in Germany, Austria, France and Poland we only have possibilty for Pick-up via GLS.
GLS return label:
We will send you a GLS return label by e-mail. You can stick this label on the parcel and drop it off at a GLS parcel point near you.
Pick-up by GLS:
A pick-up by GLS can only be on working days. This is scheduled by GLS in the running routes and no time indication can be given for this. When registering your return, please indicate which working days are most convenient for this.
What do I pay in return costs?
For a first return we only charge the delivery cotst of €99, if you follow the procedure we have listed on our website. For a possible second exchange or return we charge €250.
